RULE:

69K-22.001	Application for Licensure; Consequences of Operating Prior to Licensure
69K-22.003	Fees
69K-22.007	Standard Uniform Procedures for Removal of Cremated Remains and Postcremation Procedures

PURPOSE:

The proposed rulemaking will revise licensure application procedures; incorporate forms; and update the Rulemaking Authority and Law Implemented Sections.

SUBJECT:

This rulemaking will address cinerator facility licensure requirements; change in location requirements; fee requirements; and standard uniform procedures.
