RULE:

69K-23.003	Renewal of Direct Disposer Licenses
69K-23.004	Direct Disposal Establishments

PURPOSE:

The proposed rulemaking will revise application procedures for licensure and licensure renewal and change of location; incorporate forms; and update the Rulemaking Authority and Law Implemented Sections.

SUBJECT:

This rulemaking will address licensure application and change of location requirements for direct disposers and direct disposal establishments.
