Disclosure of Certain Criminal Records for Renewal of License

PURPOSE:

This rulemaking removes duplicative criminal history language.

SUMMARY:

This rulemaking will remove repeated criminal history procedure language from Section 497.142, F.S., and Rule 69K-1.008, F.A.C.
