PURPOSE:

This rulemaking removes redundant incorporation language for materials incorporated by reference in a different rule chapter.

SUMMARY:

Rule Chapter 69L-8, F.A.C., as written incorporates by reference materials used with Rule Chapter 69L-7, F.A.C. The reference materials are now incorporated in Rule Chapter 69L-7, F.A.C. This rulemaking removes duplicative incorporation language.
