Overview

RULE:

69J-176.022

Mediation of Bodily Injury and Property Damage Claims

PURPOSE:

The provisions of this rule have been merged into Rule 69J-166.031, F.A.C., and it is being repealed.

SUMMARY:

The rule implemented section 627.745, F.S., by setting forth the procedures for requesting and conducting mediation for bodily injury claims of $10,000 or less, or for property damage in any amount, arising out of the ownership, operation, use, or maintenance of a motor vehicle before a lawsuit has been filed.
