	The Department of State announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	May 20, 2026 @ 10:00 a.m.

Subject:	GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: In accordance with Section 120.525, Florida Statutes, an evaluation team debriefing is hereby noticed for the following Request for Proposal Number: DOS-RFP-26/27-001, titled Landscape Management Services of DOS Historic Sites. The Department reserves the right to issue amendments, addenda, and changes to the timeline and specifically to the meeting notice listed above. The Department will post notice of any changes or additional meetings within the Vendor Information Portal (VIP) in accordance with Section 287.042(3), Florida Statutes, and need not re-advertise notice in the Florida Administrative Register.
