64B-9.007	Temporary Certificate for Active Duty Military Health Care Practitioners Application
64B-9.008	Out-of-State Telehealth Provider Registration

PURPOSE:

To amend rules to incorporate updated applications for temporary certificates for active-duty military healthcare practitioners, veterans and spouses, requesting waivers of licensure fees when applying, and active-duty military and spouses seeking licensure. The rulemaking will also provide a form for approved telehealth health care providers licensed in other states and territories to update their State of Record with the Department.

SUBJECT:

Temporary certificate and license application forms for active-duty military members, veterans and their spouses, license fee waiver forms, and out-of-state telehealth provider registrations.
