RULE:

69U-130.102	Applications
69U-130.105	Principles of Adequate Supervision of an International Trust Entity’s Foreign Establishments

PURPOSE:

In conformity with the requirements of s. 120.5435, Florida Statutes, the listed rules have been identified and are being considered for a substantive change.
The evaluation factors of s. 120.5435(4), F.S., are whether the rule: (a) Is a valid exercise of delegated legislative authority; (b) Has current statutory authority; (c) Reiterates or paraphrases statutory material; (d) Is in proper form; (e) Is consistent with expressed legislative intent pertaining to the specific provisions of law which the rule implements; (f) Requires a technical or substantive update to reflect current use; (g) Requires updated references to statutory citations and incorporated materials.
