RULE:

15B-1.003	Headlamps, Auxiliary or Fog Lamp, Rear Lamp, Signal Lamp and Reflector; Specifications
15B-1.004	Lighting Devices; Specifications
15B-1.005	Slow-moving Vehicle Emblem; Specifications

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this rule amendment is to adopt standards contained in 40 C.F.R. § 571.108 (Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment); and for slow-moving vehicles, to adopt the specification of the American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers. The effect will be to reduce traffic accidents by increasing visibility on roadways by means of lighting and reflective devices.
