6N-1.002

Approval of In-State Institutions to Participate in NC-SARA

PURPOSE:

Updates are needed due to updated federal regulations regarding disclosures to prospective students and students enrolled in programs that lead to professional licensure.  Institutions participating in Florida’s reciprocity agreement are required to disclose to out-of-state students whether or not the educational program will or will not meet the requirements to obtain licensure in the state the student resides or will reside following graduation.
