	The Agency for Health Care Administration, Medicaid Reform Information Meeting announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	November 1, 2006, 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Crowne Plaza Jacksonville Riverwalk, 1515 Prudential Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32207, (904)396-5100

Subject:	This meeting is being held to afford interested persons the opportunity to gather information regarding the progress of Medicaid Reform, as it relates to its effect on Medicaid beneficiaries in the effected Reform areas.
