	The Department of Education announces a telephone conference call to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	April 2, 2026, 10:00 a.m.

PLACE:	Conference Call: 1-800-330-6730, Conference Code: 597246, the meeting will be webcast at https://thefloridachannel.org.

Subject:	The meeting is limited to establishing a financial emergency board for Glades and Union County School Districts to provide fiscal oversight and accountability. The purpose of the meeting is to appoint members and a chair of a financial emergency board for Glades and Union County School Districts, under the provisions of sections 1011.051 and 218.503, F.S. An emergency meeting is necessary because the Commissioner determined that the districts did not have a plan that was reasonably anticipated to avoid a financial emergency and the districts needed immediate assistance.
