Definitions

PURPOSE:

The purpose is to add definitions for "victim" and "sentencing guidelines," to update the definition of "commission investigator," and to otherwise update the rule to make consistent with current usage and practice and to promote readability. The effect will be to bring the rule consistent with current usage and practice and to promote readability.

SUMMARY:
