PURPOSE:

The Department proposes an amendment to update and clarify the rules regarding crime stoppers grants.

SUMMARY:

The proposed changes clean up existing language, delete unnecessary and duplicative language, update the existing rules for clarity, and update the Grant Funding Requirements.
