RULE:

63C-2.001	Nonjudicial Procedures for Families Needing Services
63C-2.002	Coordinating Families in Need of Services Programs

PURPOSE:

The new rule sections implement changes to chapter 984 in chapter 2025-153, Laws of Florida, that govern the provision and timing of nonjudicial, voluntary services.

SUMMARY:

The new rule sections establish procedures, including intake and case staffing, which govern the provision of nonjudicial, voluntary services to youth and families.
