Notice of Meeting/Workshop Hearing



Overview



	The Hardee County Economic Development Authority (Independent Board) announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, November 21, 2006, 8:30 a.m.

PLACE:	County Commission Chambers, 412 West Orange Street, Room 102, Wauchula, Florida

Subject:	During this meeting grant applications received will be reviewed and ranked pursuant to Chapter 2004-394; Senate Bill 3110; Laws of Florida. Applicants may also provide a presentation on their projects. For more information call the County Manager’s office at (863)773-9430. Interested parties may appear at the public meeting and be heard. If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the members, with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing, he will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, he may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceeding is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based. This is a Disabled-Accessible facility. Any disabled person needing to make special arrangements should contact the County Commissioner’s office at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the public meeting. This notice is published in compliance with Florida Statutes 286.0105.
