RULE:

5A-22.001	Bulk Renewal of Licenses
5A-22.002	License Expiration Dates

PURPOSE:

The proposed rules will provide guidance related to the processes for bulk renewal of licenses and aligning license expiration dates for statutory compliance with s. 62, Ch. 2025-22, Laws of Florida.

SUMMARY:

During the 2025 Legislative Session, section 570.546, Florida Statutes was created related to bulk renewal of licenses and the alignment of license expiration dates.
