RULE:

63C-1.001	Purpose and Scope

PURPOSE:

The rule chapter is being repealed, as it is being replaced by rule chapter 63C-2.

SUMMARY:

The repealed rule chapter, governing the provision of nonjudicial, voluntary services, is no longer useful following the extensive statutory revisions to chapter 984 that were made by chapter 2025-153, Laws of Florida.
