Standards for Supervision of Governmental Employees by Professional Engineers

PURPOSE:

The Board proposed a rule amendment to clarify standards for supervision of governmental employees by professional engineers.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment removes the Sunset Provision per 120.536(5), Florida Statutes.
