Admission Criteria and Procedures, Appropriateness of Placement, and Continued Residency Requirements

PURPOSE:

Rule 59A-37.004 outlines requirements for Do Not Resuscitate Orders (DNROs) for Adult Family Care Homes.

SUMMARY:

The Agency proposes to amend this rule to delete obsolete language and update form references.
