69B-211.002

General Procedures

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed rule is to adopt revisions to the Department’s application form for licensing and registration of insurance agencies and to provide that applications are to be submitted electronically via the Department’s website.

SUMMARY:

The rule amendment adopts a revised application form for insurance agencies to file when applying for a license or registration from the Department. The rule also requires that applications be filled out and submitted to the Department through the Department’s website.
