59A-8.0248

Excellence in Home Health

PURPOSE:

Rule 59A-8.0248 establishes the Excellence in Home Health award application form and processing timeframe, standards related to patient and client care satisfaction, independent contract training and retention and enforcement history.

SUMMARY:

The Agency proposes to amend this rule based on HB 1353, Ch. 2025-127 L.O.F., to update standards and criteria adaptable to all types of home health agencies.
