	The DeSoto County Hospital District announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	May 28, 2026 at 5:30 p.m.

PLACE:	DeSoto Memorial Hospital, McSwain Room

Subject:	A public hearing will be held on Thursday, May 28th in order for the public to be heard on the proposed lease of the hospital to Tampa General Hospital DeSoto, LLC, an affiliate of Tampa General Hospital. The proposed Agreement to Lease and Transfer and the proposed Lease itself may be viewed on the DMH.org website under Public Information; www.dmh.org/public-information Comments regarding this proposed transaction may be submitted to the Board of Directors via email at agriffis@dmh.org or U.S. Mail at: 900 North Robert Ave. Arcadia, FL 34266 Attn: DMH Board of Directors.
