PURPOSE:

The Board proposes a rule amendment for the clarification of the requirements for swimming pool/spa servicing contractors.

SUMMARY:

The Board proposed a rule amendment to list experience as an alternative to the 60 hour course requirement for certified swimming pool/spa servicing contractors.
