PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect for Rule 64B5-12.013 is to change the rule language to comply with new legislation regarding HIV Aids and domestic violence courses.  The purpose and effect for Rule 64B5-12.016 is to change the rule language to comply with new legislation regarding HIV Aids and domestic violence courses.  The purpose and effect for Rule 64B5-12.019 is to change the rule language to comply with new legislation regarding HIV Aids and domestic violence courses.

SUMMARY:

In Rule 64B5-12.013, the rule language is changed to comply with new legislation regarding HIV Aids and domestic violence courses.  In Rule 64B5-12.016, the rule language is changed to comply with new legislation regarding HIV Aids and domestic violence courses.  In Rule 64B5-12.019, the rule language is changed to comply with new legislation regarding HIV Aids and domestic violence courses.
