68A-4.001

General Prohibitions

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendment updates hunting regulations to better manage wildlife populations.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendment prohibits the take of game and furbearers by nonresidents unless they possess a valid, nonresident annual hunting license as provided in 379.354(5)(h), Florida Statutes, unless exempt from this requirement by 379.353 F.S.
