RULE:

68A-17.004

General Regulations Relating to Wildlife and Environmental Areas

PURPOSE:

The proposed rule amendments address the Commission’s issuance of and accompanying conditions for Off-highway Vehicle (OHV) Hunting permits on Wildlife and Environmental Areas (WEAs) and establish the conditions under which an OHV Hunting permit may be denied.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendments address OHV Hunting permits on WEAs and correct a prior mistake in which a repealed rule was referenced.
