RULE:

6A-10.084

Disqualification List

PURPOSE:

To set forth the criteria for placement on the Disqualification List and removal from the list, as well as the responsibilities of entities that report persons for inclusion on the list.

SUMMARY:

The amendment will point the rule to the disqualifying offenses listed in Section 435.04(2), F.S., and update the list of disqualifying offenses on Forms DQ-1A, DQ-1b, DQ-2, DQ-3, and DQ-4.
