Filing of Statistical and Quarterly Reports for Individually Rated Risks and Excess Rates

PURPOSE:

Rule 69O-137.008 is being amended to update Form OIR-B1-588, Office of Insurance Regulation/Property & Casualty – Quarterly Report/Individually Rated Risks and Excess Rates, remove an unsupported exception to the filing requirement, and update web addresses as part of the Office Rule Review in compliance with SB 108(2025).

SUMMARY:
