PURPOSE:

Rule 69O-154.116 is being amended to update and properly incorporate Form OIR-B2-1304, State of Florida/Individual Issuer’s Application to Modify Previous Election to Become a Risk Assuming or a Reinsuring Carrier, as part of the Office Rule Review in compliance with SB 108(2025).
