PURPOSE:

The proposed rulemaking will revise application procedures for licensure and licensure renewal, revise inspection requirements, incorporate forms, and update the Rulemaking Authority and Law Implemented Sections.

SUMMARY:

This rulemaking will revise application procedures for licensure and licensure renewal, and revise inspection requirements for removal services, refrigeration services, and centralized embalming facilities.
