Screening Process

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the proposed rulemaking is to replace the current Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification (10/21/2019 edition), with the newest version of the Form (01/20/25 edition). The reference to a website will also be stricken as the Form will not be available on the website.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rulemaking incorporates an updated version of the form needed to complete the request for screening for reemployment services process. The rule currently references an outdated version of the form.
