PURPOSE:

The proposed rulemaking will update the Florida Fire Prevention Code to include the most recently adopted National Fire Protection Association standards and promulgate the triennial update of the Florida Fire Prevention Code with Florida-specific amendments, as directed by section 633.202(1), F.S.

SUMMARY:

This rulemaking implements the statutorily required triennial update to the Florida Fire Prevention Code.
