Application Information

PURPOSE:

This amendment updates Form CG-10D, Online Educator Certification Application – District Version.  The proposed revisions will allow educators who have fulfilled the applicable requirements to add Mathematics and Literacy Coach endorsements to their certificates through district-level processing.
