	The Lower Florida Keys Hospital District announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	July 7, 2026, 2:30 p.m.

PLACE:	DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Grand Key, 3990 S Roosevelt Blvd, Key West, Florida 33040

Subject:	The Board of Commissioners will evaluate the possible benefits to the affected community from the lease of hospital facilities owned by the District, upon the expiration of its current lease on April 30, 2029, to a not-for-profit or for-profit entity and receive public comments on the matter, pursuant to Section 155.40, Florida Statutes.
