	The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Wednesday, July 29th, 2026, 6:00 p.m.

PLACE:	Town of Lake Placid - Community Room 1069 US Highway 27 N. Lake Placid, FL 33852

Subject:	To receive public comment regarding considerations for the FWC’s ten-year Management Plan for the FWC Lead Managed Portions of the Platt Branch WEA. This hearing is being held EXCLUSIVELY for discussion of the DRAFT Platt Branch WEA Management Plan, otherwise referred to as the Management Prospectus. This meeting will not address area hunting or fishing regulations.
