Overview



	The The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	The Public Meeting will be held in-person and virtually on two separate dates. The virtual meeting will be held on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will include a formal presentation followed by a question-and-answer period. Comments and questions will be answered in the order received. The in-person meeting will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will follow an open-house format featuring project displays, with staff on hand to answer questions. All questions, comments or statements will become part of the project record. The same information will be presented at both the virtual and in-person Public Meeting, so attending both is not necessary.

Subject:	The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) will hold a virtual and an in-person Public Meeting to present information and gather feedback from the public concerning the I-95 at Linton Boulevard Interchange Design Project. The project identification number is 435384-2-52-01. The proposed improvements at the I-95 and Linton Boulevard interchange include reconfiguring the existing ramps into a tight diamond interchange configuration and adding auxiliary lanes to improve traffic operations, enhance safety, improve merging movements, and reduce congestion and traffic spillback onto the I-95 mainline roadway. Additional improvements include roadway resurfacing and repaving the roadway, upgrading signing and pavement markings, enhancing lighting and drainage, and modifying landscaping within the existing median to support overall corridor operations and aesthetics. The project also includes upgrades to existing curb ramps, crosswalks, and detectible warnings to improve accessibility Americans with Disability Act (ADA) criteria. Community feedback is at the core of all we do. FDOT works with the public to balance their community vision with the community's transportation needs. This is routine on all our projects to ensure Florida's infrastructure is safe, resilient, and efficient for many years into the future. Notices are being sent to all property owners and tenants located within at least 1000 feet on either side of the proposed alignment and to other public officials, regulatory agencies, organizations, and individuals that have expressed interest in the project. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability, or family status. Questions and comments may be submitted prior to the meeting by e-mailing the Project Manager. Persons wishing to submit written statements or any other information, in place of or in addition to oral statements at the virtual or in-person public meeting, may do so by sending them to Greg Jett, P.E., FDOT Project Manager.
