Overview

RULE:

65A-4.205	Penalties for Nonparticipation in Work Requirements
65A-4.206	Work Requirements Under Medical Incapacity, SSI/SSDI, and Mental Health/Substance Abuse Treatment
65A-4.217	Teen Parents

PURPOSE:

Amendments update the work requirements for temporary cash assistance and clarifies the eligibility requirements for temporary case assistance for teen parents.

SUMMARY:

Amendments include: (1) substantial rewording of 65A-4.205 to update and clarify the rule regarding penalties for nonparticipation in work requirements, (2) substantial rewording of 65A-4.206 to update and clarify the work requirements under medical incapacity, SSI/SSDI and SAMH treatment, (3) updates definition of teen parent, and (4) adds requirement regarding living arrangements for teen parents.
