Aggravating and Mitigating Circumstances

PURPOSE:

The purpose and effect of this proposed rulemaking is to make substantive changes to the rule in connection with the Commission’s rule review under section 120.5345(4), Florida Statutes.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rulemaking amends the rule to ensure that it is a valid exercise of delegated legislative authority and to update statutory citations.
