PURPOSE:

The Commission proposes to amend the following rules related to elections held pursuant to ss. 447.307 and 447.308, F.S. to conform to recent legislative amendments to Chapter 447, F.S.: Rule 60CC-2.001 related to notices of elections; Rule 60CC-2.002 related to election eligibility lists; and Rule 60CC-2.003 related to election procedures.

SUMMARY:

The rule related to elections held pursuant to ss. 447.307 and 447.308, F.S. are being amended to conform to recent legislative amendments to Chapter 447, F.S., and to clarify the Commission’s regulatory framework.
