60CC-1.101

Employee Organization Membership Authorization Form

PURPOSE:

The Commission proposes to amend Rule 60CC-1.101 related to the employee organization membership authorization form to conform to recent legislative amendments to Chapter 447, F.S.

SUMMARY:

The rule is being amended to conform to recent legislative amendments to Chapter 447, F.S. and to replace the current form with a new form that contains an updated disclosure to employees.
