PURPOSE:

This proposal arises from the 5-year rule review process required by Section 120.5435, Florida Statutes. The effect of the rulemaking is to remove language that is duplicative of statutory language. The proposed rule also authorizes electronic notification of certain notices.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule removes duplication of existing statutes and authorizes electronic notification of notices.
