	The Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ) District Board of Trustees (DBOT) announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

DATE AND TIME:	Tuesday, August 11, 2026, Noon – 3:30 p.m.

PLACE:	FSCJ Administrative Offices (AO), 501 West State Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202 (meetings), and the Advanced Technology Center (ATC), 401 West State Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202 (center tour)

Subject:	DBOT Meetings and Center Tour WORKSHOP: TIME: Noon – 1 p.m. LOCATION: AO, Room 403A GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER(S) TO BE CONSIDERED: 1) District Board of Trustees Governance Structure and 2) 2026-27 Goals and Objectives for FSCJ President John Avendano, Ph.D. REGULAR MEETING: TIME: 1 – 2:30 p.m. LOCATION: AO, Board Room 405 GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER(S) TO BE CONSIDERED: Annual Organizational Meeting. As required by law, the Board will consider and act on matters related to personnel appointments, finance, facilities, and the finalization of the College President’s performance evaluation and employment contract. TOUR OF FSCJ ATC: TIME: Approximately 2:30 p.m., immediately following the DBOT Regular Meeting LOCATION: ATC GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER(S) TO BE CONSIDERED: Tour of the College’s ATC, including the Semiconductor Learning Labs and Logistics Program.

Agenda copies will be available for inspection beginning Tuesday, August 4, 2026, and will be provided upon written request and payment of applicable duplicating charges.
