PURPOSE:

Bureau of Forensic Services Analysis Requirements and Procedures for Submission of Evidence.

SUMMARY:

The rule provides standards and criteria for collecting, packaging, submitting, and analyzing fire scene evidence, as well as standards for extracting evidence from sample submissions and criteria for disposal or retention of samples.
