RULE:

69K-9.004

Consumer Brochure

PURPOSE:

The proposed rulemaking will update consumer brochure purchasing requirements, incorporate forms, and update the Rulemaking Authority and Law Implemented Sections.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule breaks down the single current paragraph of the rule into more manageable subsections, better outlining the requirements.  It also incorporates the consumer brochure by reference into the instant rule and identifies the form's location on the Department's website.
