RULE:

62-297.310	General Emissions Test Requirements
62-297.320	Standards for Persons Engaged in Visible Emissions Observations
62-297.440	Supplementary Test Procedures
62-297.450	EPA VOC Capture Efficiency Test Procedures

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this Notice of Proposed Rule is to revise four rules under Chapter 62-297, F.A.C. (“Stationary Sources – Emissions Monitoring”): 62-297.310 (“General Emissions Test Requirements”); 62-297.320 (“Standards for Persons Engaged in Visible Emissions Observations”); 62-297.440 (“Supplementary Test Procedures”); and 62-297.450 (“EPA VOC Capture Efficiency Test Procedures”). Revisions to Rules 62-297.310, 62-297.320, 62-297.440 and 62-297.450, F.A.C., will include updates to multiple EPA Guidance reference materials previously adopted by reference to include electronic links to reference materials, updates to language in reference to copyrighted American Petroleum Institute (API) standards, which are currently referenced in the Rule 62-297.440, F.A.C., and conforming revisions for adoption by reference rule language consistent with Florida Department of State requirements, together with other corrective and clarifying amendments, as needed.

SUMMARY:

The proposed rule amendments address Stationary Sources – Emissions Monitoring.
