Annual Stewardship Report

PURPOSE:

The Florida Communities Trust Program (Program) proposes amendment of this rule to update language regarding ongoing Annual Stewardship reporting requirements to reflect current and future Program needs considering that all other rules in this chapter are currently in the process of being repealed. This rule has been reviewed by the Department of Environmental Protection (Department) pursuant to Section 120.5435, F.S., and is being substantively amended.

SUMMARY:

Substantively updates the annual stewardship reporting language to reflect current and future programmatic needs considering that all other rules in this chapter are currently in the process of being repealed.
