62-40.310

General Policies

PURPOSE:

The purpose of the rule is to set forth the general water resource implementation policies of the state in accordance with section 373.019(25), F.S.

SUBJECT:

This rule development is to clarify the intent of the rule chapter and to update outdated statutory references in the rule. The Department is amending this rule as part of its rule review pursuant to s. 120.5435, F.S.
