	The Substance Use and Mental Health Block Grant Advisory Council-Meeting announces a public meeting to which all persons are invited.

Subject:	Under Title XIX of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 300x), Florida is required to establish a behavioral health planning council charged with reviewing the annual combined Block Grant application and state plan and providing recommendations for modifications; advocating for individuals needing behavioral health services; and monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating the allocation and adequacy of behavioral health services within the state.
