  The Department of Environmental Protection announces a workshop to which all persons are invited.

The agenda and draft rule amendments will also be publicly available at least seven days prior to the date of the workshop on the Department’s website located at: https://floridadep.gov/waste/permitting-compliance-assistance/content/chapter-62-701-fac-rulemaking, or by contacting El Kromhout. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy, national origin, age, handicap, or marital status.
